We consider parging as an extra line of moisture defense for your foundation. Although it is not designed to be water resistant specifically, it does provide an additional barrier. The main reason we offer this service is to improve on the imperfections of your surface level foundation. It adds a more finished look to your home and anything we can do to improve on this is our pleasure.

Whatever it may be, we will make a preliminary evaluation to better plan how we will best treat the affected area. Please note that we consider this type of repair to be imperative to your home's health. It is important that your foundation is serviced correctly and by professionals to prevent water penetration and any cracks to further propagate.
